1. No Return / No Refund

  • Once an order is placed and delivered, it cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Customized Products

  • All customized T-shirts and joggers are made as per customer requirements.
  • These products are non-returnable, non-exchangeable, and non-refundable.

3. Order Confirmation Responsibility

  • Customers are responsible for selecting the correct:
    • Size
    • Color
    • Design / customization details
  • No changes can be made once the order is confirmed.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Product

  • In case you receive a damaged or wrong product, you must inform us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • You are required to share clear images and order details.
  • After verification, we may offer a replacement only (no refund).

5. Cancellation Policy

  • Orders can be cancelled only within 12 hours of placing the order.
  • Customized orders cannot be cancelled once production has started.

6. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
